Sarah excels at solving issues that involve children, including parenting plans, contact and residence arrangements, relocations and child support payments, applying her knowledge of public law when relevant and always keeping the child’s best interests at heart. She also offers expertise with financial settlements, asset protection, and pre- and post-marital agreements.

Sarah is a highly skilled professional with expertise in managing family law matters for unmarried couples. In addition to drafting Separation Agreements and Cohabitation Agreements, she provides valuable assistance to clients when co-owning property and navigating property disputes during separation. Sarah also offers extensive experience advising on financial provision for children under Schedule 1 of the Children Act, ensuring that unmarried parents fulfil their financial obligations outside the jurisdiction of the Child Maintenance Service. With a client-focused approach, Sarah works diligently to protect her clients' interests while providing practical, tailored solutions.

Sarah is a member of Resolution and serves on the National Resolution Membership Committee. Away from the office Sarah enjoys outdoors activities, particularly swimming, yoga, hiking, surfing, canoeing and competitive running. She also enjoys food and is a keen cook.

  • Acting for a client in difficult Child Arrangement proceedings, where they had moved overseas due to the breakdown of the relationship, and assisting to ensure that they maintained a relationship with their children.
