  • A multimillion-pound divorce settlement where a client’s property portfolio was at significant risk of division within proceedings. Securing a favourable settlement for the client and successfully ringfencing the portfolio as determined to be non-matrimonial asset.
  • A children case concerning a 6-month-old child. Successfully securing appropriate orders where a father had been refused contact due to incorrect allegations by the other parent.
  • Acting for a wife in a multimillion-pound case where the husband had business interests. Securing a favourable settlement that allowed her to retain the family home.
  • Acting for a client to uphold a post-nuptial agreement and securing a favourable settlement.
  • Negotiating a pre-nuptial agreement for a client which protected family wealth.
  • Acting for a client in a potential ToLATA matter and avoiding court proceedings which allowed the client to remain in the property.
